MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I very mad with this insurance because when I broth they don’t told me I have to wait for 14 days and I ask abut this 14 days the person on the phone says I don’t have to wait because my pet is lees them one year so I went to the doctor for first time with my pet they do all check up blood work everything and they find my pet cat need to be neuter but he needs surgery on the abdomen now this insurance don’t pay me because they say was preexisting condition so I don’t recommend this insurance they just take money monthly and when they need to pay they says is preexisting condition 😡

My experience had been positive. The user interface is simple to navigate. The turnaround time to get paid out for claims is reasonable. It can range. Fastest was 1 business. The longer ones to process required added documentation which the website makes easy to upload to.I am generally happy with Metlife.

Metlife has been very helpful with my pet healthcare, I have always receive accurate and fast response and disbursement

It usually takes a long time to get reimbursed. This last time was faster. I wish it could be this way all the time.
