One of the best companies I deal with!
The reps I've dealt with have been professional, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. They never lose patience, and they respect their customers. This is a breath of fresh air in today's horrible customer service environment. Kudos to MetLife. I can't remember the exact day of my last interaction so the date given is approximately one week ago.
