I like the fact that they have an open…

I like the fact that they have an open mind and they are fair.In the 5 years we have Met Life Pet insurance, we had 2 claims that at first were not paid at 80% but we thought that theyshould ‘ve been. We appealed them both, the company reviewed them and both claims were ruled in our favor.

MetLife is amazing

MetLife is amazing! Always excellent customer service. The app is easy to use and claims are handled quickly. I will always carry a pet insurance policy through MetLife moving forward.
