Overall

Overall, i am very satisfied with metlife pet insurance. This august 5th experience was was very prompt reimbursement of a large vet bill, only a few days later. Sometimes it takes a month for a claim to be processed but in this case it was only a few days.

Claims get processed within 2 weeks

Claims get processed within 2 weeks. Customer service always available and effective! My only negative comment is it is pricey; I have decided considering the cover i have for my senior pet and overall experience dealing with then (3 years) it is worth it
