MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

metlife pet insurance has been amazing. submitting claims through the app is super easy, and i always get reimbursed quickly (most recently within just a couple of days!). it gives me real peace of mind knowing coco’s active, adventurous lifestyle is covered.

I have been with Pet Met-Life almost 3 years..Excellent Customer Service. Sometimes it takes more than 10 business days to receive your monies back. I wish they would look futher in medications that can be reimbursed. If your has a pre existing medical issue..and taking medicine for it..Met Life won't cover the meds. I understand this. But if your pet has a new diagnosis and needs the same med to as the pre existing issue..They won't cover that medicine, which I do not think this fair. Same medicines helps with different diagnosis's. I wish they would look at dianosnos's closer and the meds that are being used. Thank you, Rosets
