After my puppy's 1st wellcare visit, I submitted the invoice and veterinary notes using the online portal and the reimbursement was in my checking account in a few days. Great service and easy to use portal!

MetLife makes it easy... From claims submission to reimbursement the process has always been 5-Stars. Highly recommend! Pets deserve care when they need it and MetLife makes that easy!

very pleased with MetLife

I have been pleased with the service - from the time of origination, to when my pet died, to when I added a new fur member. I feel as though the staff cares about my furbabies as much as I do. And I appreciate the promptness of claim reimbursement!!

Always have my questions answered!

I always reach a knowledgeable person when I call. Business hours are open past my working hours. We have 3 pets and our pet insurance has been so helpful to us. We’ve had to use it far more than I’d like to with our pets’ health issues, but I would recommend to anyone for healthy pet preventive services and for the peace of mind!

Excellent App which makes it very easy…

Excellent App which makes it very easy to submit a claim. I review 3 other Pet Insurance Policies and ultimately went with MetLife based on the overall cost, deductible and easy App.
