The claim submission process is…
The claim submission process is straightforward, but every claim I’ve submitted has resulted in multiple emails stating that documentation is missing. Each time, I resubmit the same documents, and only after several attempts and a phone call does the claim finally go through. Most recently, my claim was closed without payment or explanation, requiring me to restart the process for the fourth time. At this point, the effort required to obtain reimbursement simply isn’t worth the 80% coverage.
