I had an issue with my account. I spoke with Shannon who was extremely helpful and pleasant. She helped solve the issue right away. If all your customer service representatives are like her, your company is extremely lucky. She was 10 stars!

Met Life Pet Insurance Claim experience

Our claim was submitted using the very easy On-Line process and was resolved in a prompt manner. We're very glad to have Met Life as our Pet Insurance!

getting started was easy

I just filed my first claim. I can't give five stars yet because I don't know how the claim will go. Getting set up with them was easy and the agent on the phone was very helpful. I never had pet insurance before. My last dog got a little expensive, so I hope this helps in the long run.
