IMAGINE THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY…

IMAGINE THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY POSSIBLE AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND METLIFE PET INSURANCE I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY GOT ONE GOOD REVIEW .....I AM HERE YEARS....AND EVERY CLAIM IS A PROBLEM.....IT TAKES 10 WEEKS TO CONCLUDE.... ONLY AFTER 8 PHONE CALLS 7 EMAILS AND 4 FAXES....THIS IS FOR EVERY SINGLE CLAIM.... WHERE IS THE STATE INSURANCE DEPT

JUST CAN NOT SEE ANYONE GIVING THIS HORROR COMPANY A GOOD REVIEW

my claims take up to 10 weeks....need 8 phone calls......7 emails..... i re mail the invoices over and over.... and still do not get paid in any reasonable time.... if they find any problem you will need esp to figure it out.....no one knows anything.... my last claim took three months as they never told me they were missing a bit of info on the invoice the claim before that....they lost the original invoice 3x so i use an email with receipt and still they need 15 days to just read it... i can not leave as my dog has a pre condition.....i am stuck in this hell for the next 15 years... warn everyone.... choose another company.....

Best Pet Insurance

I have had dogs all my life and have gotten insurance for them. By far, this is the best insurance to date. Starting a claim is super easy and my reimbursement goes right into her account. Yes, she has her own account so I can track how expensive she is :) Also, if you need to speak with a person, they are always very courteous and knowledgeable. I am not sure how anyone can give this company only a rating of 2. Some people just expect entirely too much from everything in life. Met Life will give you good value for your money and protection for your pet. Their rates of reimbursement are also much more comprehensive than other companies I have dealt with. I recommend them to all my friends with fur babies.

Great Insurance...

My pup had to have eye surgery to remove his eye. I called to see if they cover this procedure and hey told me that it would be covered and that put my mind at ease. The people at Met Life were quick to respond and very courteous. The claim was reimbursed quickly. Would recommend this company for all your fur-babies. Thank you, Met Life for taking care of Andy.
