I love the ease of submitting a claim…

I love the ease of submitting a claim and how quickly my payout comes. If I include the SOAP notes from my vet visit, I don't get hounded with questions or pushback which is very appreciated.

Thanks, Arnel!

Arnel was extremely helpful after the frustration of having a second claim denied. He was able to explain why after 4 years of filing the same claim several times a year with no problem, this was happening and how to avoid problems in the future. After his intervention my last claim was paid quick.
