Better than any other options
I have used other insurances in the past and MetLife has been the best option so far. Every customer service person I’ve spoken to is helpful and kind. And yes, MetLife actually does reimburse you for what they say. Where as other insurances I have used make it VERY difficult.

Worst experience ever
Such a scam. Paid annual premiums and they won’t cover anything illness or injury related, even when our dog’s illness is explicitly stated in our policy document as a covered incident. It’s right there in the fine print! Incredibly disappointed. Do NOT sign up.
