Healthy Paws Pet insurance has been amazing and beyond helpful with my dogs cataract surgery. They make it easy to submit claims and care about your pets also. They emailed to check on my dog Melita & personal wish her well. Within a weeks time we had our money ready to put back in our account. We are so grateful for Healthy Paws :) Kelly Robinson

Healthy Paws is hands down the best per insurance carrier around. They honor their 90% coverage diligently and with no haggling or attempts to deny claims. We have been using them for our two dogs for the majority of their lives (13 and 11) and HP has been there honoring their coverage for every medical issues large and small. I cannot recommend them enough

I Recommend this Pet Insurance. I obtained a Healthy Paws insurance policy when I got my dog at 12 weeks old. She has spent the majority of her life in great health, however, two years ago she was diagnosed with a heart murmur. Healthy Paws has paid all claims (after the $250 yearly deductible was satisfied) in a timely fashion. When she was first diagnosed and I started filing claims, the turnaround time for processing payment was within a week to ten days. Now it is within two days. I've been very happy with this company and hope to continue a happy relationship with it. A few things to know are that smaller dogs have lower premiums than bigger dogs, the premiums go up over time, and there is the $250.00 yearly deductible which must be satisfied before the 80% reimbursement occurs. I started 12 years ago with a monthly premium of $35.00 for my Boston Terrier mix and now the premium is $113.00. In addition, and the company was pretty clear when I obtained the policy, pre-existing conditions are not covered. None of this was overly surprising to me but I wanted to make a full disclosure to anyone who is looking for a few extra details before they buy. It's definitely beneficial to get the policy for a young, healthy puppy and keep it as they age.

Healthy Paws has once again came to my rescue. I have a little yorkie who turns one year on July 24th. She needed surgery and Healthy Paws provided the coverage. I cannot express my gratitude and the compassion that I received from the Healthy Paws staff. Thank you with all my heart. Judy

Since I adopted my rescue 8 years ago, I use HealthyPaws services and I could not be more happy them. My dog had surgery in both legs, and unfortunately is battling lymphoma cancer for more than 1-year. The only reason she is still with us, is because of Pet Insurance, otherwise we would not have the funds to keep her chemotherapy treatment for so long. The HealthyPaws reimbursement process is simple and straightforward, their customer service is great and I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for pet insurance.
