Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I changed from a well-known pet insurance to Healthy Paws and that was the best decision I ever made. Recently my Golden Retriever had a cracked tooth and because he is still a young pup I didn’t want him to lose that tooth. I saw a dental specialist who did an amazing job to save that tooth. He had to have a root canal and titanium crown. I filed a claim online and hoping the insurance would at least cover some of the bill of $4,400. I was so happy & relieved when Healthy Paws paid 90% of the bill. It is so easy to file a claim online. I love the immediate response from Healthy Paws stating that they have received my claims and when the claims have been completed. Another pleasant surprised was when Healthy Paws reached out to me to see how my dog was doing after the oral surgery. I have already recommended Healthy Paws to all my pet family and friends. Healthy paws is so quick and caring!Not only do they process the claims I paid lightning fast, they even contact you if your baby is ok. (Not those automated messages either) Our baby was taken in and diagnosed with severe IBD and was deficating and vomiting blood. She did multiple tests and was even in the ICU. As you can imagine the bill was in the several thousands. By having the back up of Healthy paws I was able to give our baby immediate care without cheating out or cutting corners. I am so grateful for Healthy Paws and definitely recommend to any animal parents that love and care for their babies.

We decided to choose Healthy Paws after an extensive online search. At the time our French Bulldog was healthy and we were not sure it was worth it to spend the monthly money. She is currently 4 years old and had a benign cyst removed from her face. The insurance policy covered the policy at 90% minus the deductible. The claim process was very easy and fast to use. Only 6 weeks later our dog had an accident in the park that resulted in her breaking her leg. It was a very scary and stressful time but I honestly felt some relief on our way to the hospital knowing that we didn’t have to worry about how to pay for such an expensive injury. As soon as we had the hospital bill in hand I submitted the claim and it was processed in just a few days. This year alone she would have cost us over $7000 but we only had to pay 10% of that! Talk about piece of mind! And I even received an email checking in on Kiwi a few days after her surgery. I was very happy with the level of care and service that we received. I am now the biggest advocate of pet insurance!
