Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Love this company! Our sweet puppy had a tummy ailment one holiday weekend, wherein we found ourselves at Urgent Care and then her vet the next day. Her illness required an overnight stay and IV fluids, and other tests. Upon our return home, I submitted our itemized bills. I received an email confirmation of our submission, and in less than 24 hours received notice of our approved claim. Reimbursement was within 7-10 days of my initial submission. No hassles, just peace of mind. It was truly a walk in the bark. Healthy Paws is everything it claims to be, a reliable, honest company, with quick follow-thru. I have provided the name to my family and friends! This is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

I have had a great experience with Healthy Paws. I have had other experiences with other pet insurance but Healthy Paws is the simplest and very efficient way of filing a claim. I have had others but I have had to return to the vet and get copies of all the written notes of the vet and it was more lengthy than it should have been. I feel this is the best insurance compared to others.

Way too much to go into here. But we own three GSD's. Two of which ended up with cracked teeth (molars) that required root canals & crowns due to root exposure. Both surgeries exceeded $3K each. ZERO HASSLE from HealthyPaws. Processed ALL claims without ANY issue well within a week. Follow up and addressed all of my questions as it related to our policy promptly and more importantly politely and professionally. What was truly impressive was their personal follow up to see how Mela was doing and that she is on her way to a positive recovery. I am still amazed by that.... Great company and even greater team! Thank you!

Healthy Paws has been absolutely incredible for us and our frenchie. I would say they are about average when it comes to coverage of normal/routine vet visits, but we recently had a $600 bill when our pup developed some back issues. Healthy paws covered about 85% of that cost. We go to the specialist this week, and I just feel so much better knowing that we can give our dog the care he needs because of Healthy Paws' support. Claims are easy to process and Customer Care is always available and ready to answer any questions I call with. I definitely recommend them!

Healthy Paws is by far the best pet insurance you can buy. I have had my claims processed immediately and a check in hand within a week or two of the filing a claim. They care about my animals and always follow up with a well call and check in. I was so relieved when my dog needed 2 ACL repairs and Meniscus repairs that were $8400.00 Healthy Paws paid immediately. What a relief knowing I could get my dog better!!!! THANK YOU HEALTHY PAWS!!!
