Thank you for asking about Buddy. We had a very positive experience at UCDavis Oncology Clinic. Initially we went to get a second opinion, and a series of tests were done and sadly, resulted in finding a small mass on his heart. We will be returning for another visit at the end of the month and Buddy will be seen by a veterinary cardiologist. Our hope is that there is a treatment for him. We are very grateful that we have Healthy Paws. We do not have to worry about taking Buddy for the best veterinary care. Additionally, the claim for the visit and tests were quickly processed, which is greatly appreciated. I bought a policy the day I adopted my pup back in 2019. Since he has had a couple of major medical issues. Healthy Paws has been great about paying claims. I typically have a refund in my account 1-2 days after submitting a claim.

The claim for Belle's surgery was paid out in less then a week. It is easy to upload the bills and paperwork.

Been very happy with Healthy Paws. Filing claims is very easy online. Reimbursement decision is done very quickly and great with direct deposit. Been with them almost 13 years for my Mozart.
