Responsive. Honest. And friendly care for me and my pup!

Figo was super helpful as I transitioned into being a new dog owner. When my puppy passed away unexpectedly I didn't get a canned email or automatic email response. The figo representatives were there to help, were super on top of it and even helped me end service when I forgot to cancel. I can't thank them enough for their kindness. In terms of ease of use I found filing claims super convenient and simple. Wish all insurance companies operated like this. Thanks figo!

The best.

More coverage, lower prices, and incredible customer service; what more can you ask for? The insurance coverage and quick claim turnaround time speaks for itself, but the people at Figo (and Markel) really go above and beyond for you and your furry kids. I highly recommend Figo to any individual or business.

Great Pet Insurance!

We've been using FIGO pet insurance for about 6 months now. I actually was able to snap a photo on my phone of the vet bill and then just upload it and send to them for payment. It was that easy!! It's nice to know that my pet is covered in case we need it. Thanks, FIGO!!!!

Excellent customer service

The Figo Team makes you feel like a part of your family. They are always available and willing to help. They have a lot of options for plans to help fill your needs and work with your budget. I did a lot of research and found that Figo gave me the best bang for my buck.

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
