Overall Mostly happy
Overall happy with service. One slightly irritating and slightly sketchy quirk I noticed on my only claim last year however. Our vet participated in a rewards program that offers discounts on your total vet bill once you earn enough points. Once you get to a certain amount of points, you can get a $50 or $100 discount on your total bill. Figo processed the claim and wouldn’t reimburse the covered expense because they took that discount ONLY off the covered expense rather than the entire bill. Had it been more than $30 to gain, I’d have pushed harder to have it appealed.
