So far my Figo experience is 100% negative
So far my Figo experience is 100% negative. I have submitted only one claim in over a year (2 pets) and that claim was denied incorrectly. The reason given was that “exam fee coverage was not selected at the time of policy purchase.” But it was. I wrote requesting clarification and have not had a response. I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Seems like an unwise time to ask me to write a review but I hope it will lead to a helpful response.
