I wish there was a zero star rating
I wish there was a zero star rating. There isn't enough space in this data field to explain the whole experience. Initially there was a lot of conflicting information given about whether or not I needed an initial exam for the dog. They told me alternately to get one and submit it, get one and hang on to it, and not to worry about it. After paying a year's worth of premium, my dog got lyme disease after the worst tick season in MN that anyone I've talked to can remember. Coverage was denied based on lack of proof of preventative measures. It was not made clear to by anyone that I needed to have preventatives in place when I needed to know. It's just a bait-and-switch and a mechanism to avoid covering a treatment. Then when I cancelled my policy, they sent an email saying they'd review the claim in order to retain my business, but when I called all they did was regurgitate the same lines over and over for a half an hour, and refused to make any concessions, so all they did was waste my time. Fetch is a totally disrespectful money-grabbing company that clearly intends to use any means necessary to get your money without holding up their end of the bargain. And gosh, thanks again, Felch, for parroting the same thing YET AGAIN in your reply to this review.
