I’ve been a customer for years and I have no complaints. Their customer service reps are always very transparent, efficient, & friendly. It’s so easy also to upload & follow through for a claim. I’m honestly very grateful because vet visits can get pricey & accidents happen with pets so I have peace of mind knowing I can get some money back.

Great pet insurance. They handle all claims promptly and keep you informed about what is going on with the claim process along the way. People who handle the telephone calls are always helpful and polite. A very professional company.

I got a puppy at three months and immediately put insurance on her. I paid in full and was given a discount for paying annually instead of monthly. I followed their protocols and had a health check at my veterinarian. At four months she caught her leg in a chain link gate and fractured her tibia growth plate. It was serious and the vet bill was approximately $7,500.00. I submitted a claim and just over two weeks I received payment less deductible and 20% of services rendered. Four weeks after her accident, I had to follow up with the emergency veterinarian and have an X-ray done to ensure it was healing properly. I submitted a claim for this and within two days of the submission they had approved the claim and advised they sent payment. All in all very impressed with this Company. I usually don't write reviews, but because this was such a positive experience I wanted to let prospective pet insurance shoppers know this is a Company worth taking a look at.
