Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Laura was super nice and informative! She answered our question about our pet's coverage and just genuinely cared about our question. I've maybe written two reviews in my life but when I got off the phone, I even said, I should probably write her a review because this was so helpful and it was refreshing to have great customer service in 2024. Thanks again for your help!

I am very pleased with with how easy it was to file a claim with Fetch. It was a very smooth transaction, and payment was made promptly. I appreciated that they they provided me direct deposit. Thank you.

Good if you don't use it... Company was great initially (have had for 4 years), but downgraded my coverage claiming that they paid out more than the premiums they took in. I did the math- that isn't true. Also, my friend has the exact same dog (littermates) with very similar claims and she was given options that were different from me. They can't get the story straight. I'm sure if I have any future claims, they will push me further to drop the coverage. So good company and good insurance as long as you don't have a significant claim - then you will be downgraded or pushed to drop coverage. They also don't have a consistent message - no way to explain why one customer is told one thing and another told something completely different. I was actually told on the phone that my coverage was downgraded because my pet didn't make them enough money- premiums taken in were less than claims paid out (which again isn't actually true).
