We have had a wonderful experience…

We have had a wonderful experience overall with Fetch. We ordered insurance for our pup right after his first checkup after we picked him up. He’s three now and we’ve filed three claims total and never had any problems. Everything went smoothly and as promised. I truly recommend Fetch pet insurance.

The only pet insurance we will ever…

The only pet insurance we will ever use! We’ve been with the company for about 15 years (through the name change) and absolutely love it! I’ve recommended it to so many people and every person who signed up has loved it as well! It’s incredibly easy and saves us soo much money! I love that I can take my dog in for the smallest reason and know that it will very likely cost me so little! I can’t recommend it enough!

Sally Leonard is great at her job

I was on the verge of canceling my Fetch policy after my premiums almost tripled. I have been a client since 2016. I spoke to Sally Leonard who was able to make changes to my policy to make it more practical and affordable. She is professional and patient and was a great help in helping me find a solution to keep my two policies active.

Amazing customer service from Ann at Fetch

I called today as unfortunately I had to cancel my insurance as I recently had my pet euthanized. I talked to Ann on the phone and she was the nicest, most understanding person. Not only did she help me with canceling my insurance, she provided me updates on all my outstanding claims, answered all my questions and took the time to listen to stories about my dog. One of the best calls I have ever experienced. Ann needs to be commended. Also, I highly recommend Fetch Insurance as it saved me thousands of dollars in vet bills and enabled me to spend another 3 months with my little dachshund.

Lisa Chain was very helpful

Lisa Chain was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable in helping me explore the various insurance options for our beloved toy poodle Magneto Rose Diogi, Maggie. As she ages, like us humans, our rates increase. Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
