The app is terrible, CS is great
The app is terrible. Every time I had to leave the app to get required information, the form I was trying to fill out was reset when I minimized the Fetch app. This applies to both bank information and claim information.
It took a call to customer service to get a real story on what happened with my claim, as I got one email that said it was refused, and one that said it was approved. I do have to say that customer service was awesome.
By the way, someone might want to proofread the email your company is sending out, as mine said, “Your feedback helps make for healthier pets and appier pet parents…” I assume that was meant to say happier pet parents.
