Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

FANTASTIC! I couldn't be happier with the help and service I've received from you. This has been the least hassle free thing that's happened for us in the last two months. Haggis was neutered 9 days ago; I got my insurance payout the same week. Doesn't get any better than that.

When I adopted a new kitten I got the insurance not sure if I would need it or not. She seemed healthy at the time. Three days later she got sick snd had to go to the vet twice! I am so glad I purchased Fetch insurance. The submission of claims was easy and I can’t believe how fast they paid the claim. I don’t know what I would have done if I had to come up with that kind of money myself. I will be keeping Fetch.

Working with Russell was so helpful as I navigated my new insurance policies with Fetch. He was thoughtful, thorough and timely in his answers. My conversation with him made me feel even more confident in my decision to choose Fetch.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Fetch is a scam. My rates went up by hundreds of dollars each year even as I reduced coverage each year to try to lessen the blow. This fall they misinformed me about the cancellation policy when I called about my rates being raised exorbitantly. Then they were not able to help me cancel when I called before my policy renewed, then they lied about when I first called them and stole my money after I paid them thousands of dollars over the years without making any claims. Update 1: In their reply to my review they continue to lie. The initial call they are referring to was to discuss options which included me asking about cancellation policy (when I was misled about). I called again before the policy renewed to cancel but the person I reached told me they could not help me cancel because they were not authorized to help me cancel. Fetch refuses to give me transcripts/recordings of my calls. They've said feel free to call us anytime but they have stopped replying to my communication with them and also refused to give me a phone number/extension to reach a supervisor directly. Update 2: I received a refund after... -38 emails exchanged between myself and Fetch support -A failed BBB complaint -A failed CDI complaint In the end, I was able to remember and quote some lines from my first conversation with a Fetch representative that I found to be misleading. I requested a recording/transcript of the call several times, I was never given a transcript/recording. However after I remembered and shared the misleading quotes from the call, Fetch agreed to refund me.
