The care and follow thru that I received with my customer service representative was as if she was there just for me. She made sure everything was noted, did above and beyond of getting the information needed for my claim. Thank you Samantha!

Easy to use, quick turnaround

The process was super easy, My representative explained everything in detail and helped me make the decision easily to fit my budget

All of the customer service representatives I've spoken to at Fetch are helpful, polite and eager to help. I cannot say the same about their claims department. Claims department personnel are impersonal and not at all easy to work with. They choose to communicate entirely through email and text which creates unnecessary delays toward reimbursement. Additional Claim delays were blamed on hard to read invoices, difficulty receiving my emails and transferring funds to my direct deposit account. Personal conversations would have eliminated all of these issues. Meanwhile I'm waiting for a paper check that I'm told will take 3 to 5 weeks to receive. This was not a good experience. and

Easy to sign up and I loved the straight-forward walk-through for what steps to complete when setting up my pet's account!
