Fetch Pet Insurance covers EVERYTHING I NEED! I'm so pleased I enrolled with them! They cover things that other insurances don't! Even without taking their Wellness program! Their agent Amanda is AWESOME! She explained everything I needed to know, plus we had a beautiful conversation! I know Casey and I are going to grateful for getting Fetch Insurance! Customer service at Fetch Pet Insurance is fantastic! The claim process is straightforward and easy to manage through their app. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Fetch Pet Insurance. I highly recommend that family, friends, and everyone else consider getting insurance through Fetch.

I can only say this has been the best investment for my fur baby, he has gotten older, with that said, more health issues, but I feel more secure knowing I have fetch on my side helping me, Thank you Fetch from my whole heart

I submitted a claim for my cat’s dental surgery and had a few struggles with the system. I didn’t understand why I had to go back to a previous vet for records four years old and then when trying to get to a live person to help me, the automated claims link hung up on me without giving me another option. But. Once I finally got Jordon, he explained everything so I could understand. And the next day I struggled with getting the older soap notes uploaded and wound up having to email them. I was told this would take an extra five business days. The next day I got an email saying the claim was close to being put on hold as I hadn’t submitted anything. This time (because of Jordan) I knew how to reach a person on the first go. And fortunately I got Don. He not only linked my email to my record, but said he’d do what he could to expedite the claim. Unbelievably I got a notification the next working day that my claim was approved!!! Thank you Don for your patience, humor and expertise. I totally appreciate you.

The claim process is easy. They ar excellent at keeping me updated on its process.
