Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Really great customer service and caring animal lovers and above all else . . . they are honest! I highly recommend Fetch for your animals. My dog was in a hit and run car accident and she was hit by a car on the Fourth of July! I was devasted. I was able to get my dog the care she needed and I was reimbursed by Fetch! She came through the whole ordeal amazingly & I feel so blessed that she did! My dog had stitches in her head, but miraculously no broken bones or any cognitive problems! Thank you, Fetch for caring and for being there for us!!!

Hello! My spouse and I were researching pet insurance and decided to make our first call to a company, which happened to be Fetch. It is out of our norm to make a decision without making several calls to inquire on all of our options. After speaking with Amanda, we felt confident enough to avoid the efforts of further persuing additional research. Amanda is passionate, knowledgable, client focused, service oriented, and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. We hope that this feed back reaches her from the top down, as recognition is, without a doubt, well deserved. She is evidently nothing shy of a good human being, and she has helped us to be good to our fur family. We are so grateful for that connection.

A little confusing the first time, but now I know how to submit claim. My claim was strait forward, and fetch did not make it difficult. I've heard horror stories about pet Insurance, my claim went well. I'm happy and will continue to use fetch Insurance for Yogi.
