My dog was in critical condition for…

My dog was in critical condition for three days and now needs to be watched carefully for any ongoing issues. I was grateful that Fetch assessed the medical records provided and paid promptly without any further question. I appreciate the quick and easy method for submitting the claim via image capture. A good customer focused experience. Thank you.

Horrible customer service experiences

Today was a good day with Akeile. But normally that's not the case. All communication and customer satisfaction was terrible in the past. Honesty, is the best policy!! Akeile was a 5, but my past experiences has been highly unsatisfied. Poor customer service experiences. No empathy, or problem solving skills and no knowledge of my pet insurance policy.

useless Insurance!!! Buyer beware

we've had this insurance for over 10 years and never made a claim even though our dog has has numerous UTI's due to her ongoing allergies (per the vet). Within a week of making a claim, because we've paid out $2,000 over the last couple of months, we get a notice they are transferring our policy to another company (underwriter) and not only that but they raised our premium 47%, to $477 a quarter!!!! horrible horrible insurance. It's absolutely worthless. Buyer beware! seems to me it's false advertising that it's even insurance since they don't even want to pay claims and raise the premium so they can recoup the cost. I can gaurantee we won't be renewing in October.

I only wished that my annual coverage…

I only wished that my annual coverage was higher because Lola has meet it. Otherwise filing claims and getting reimburse is very easy.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
