Amy contacted me last week to discuss plan options. She was very helpful, professional and friendly, and answered all my questions.
This week, when I was using the online process to secure the insurance for Birdie, I had some questions as to the waiting period. I called the 800 number and they said someone would call me back. I relayed my tight time constraints at the time, and within fifteen minutes, Josh called me. He addressed my concerns right away, and put me at ease about the policy. I was able to complete the online info and received my policy. Josh was also friendly and professional.

So thankful I have Fetch Pet Insurance!!
I was told by my daughter how important it was to get pet insurance for my new Labrador puppy Jet. I am so thankful I did and even more so that I chose Fetch pet insurance!! My puppy decided to jump out of my arms while I was driving an ATV and broke his leg. It’s been a long 7 weeks and Fetch has been absolutely terrific in paying for his care. It gave me the ability to get Jet the best of care without worrying about the cost. Customer service has always been very helpful and extremely nice! I spoke with Samantha today and she definitely gets 5 stars!!
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Age Limits

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
