I have been with Fetch formally Petplan for many years. Overall very happy with my choice of insurance companies. Glad they also went to one deductible vs that crazy deductible per condition. I have had 2 dogs with verty serious conditions and surgeries and have to say I am most grateful to have insurance. Fetch pays for items that other companies do not. I am quick to recommend them to others. Now...the new app when it works is great for submitting claims. I find that "bot" to be totally frustrating and have voiced that on several occasions. It is difficult sometimes to get to a live chat person and if I hang up next thing I get an email with a canned response. Why can't Fetch have a chat portal like all other companies that is user friendly-chewy, amazon, etc etc
2nd complaint/comment....claims take way too long in comparison to others. This has been an issue for a long time so it is not new.
I would like to give a shout out to Georgia Somerick. She has helped me on several occasions. Her follow up is excellent and she understands what customer service is all about!
