Ineffective so bye bye dodo
I just canceled my policy after approx. 6 months of “insurance.” Only one claim was submitted and they drowned me in paperwork requests therefore, I phoned in and spoke w agent and my vet and had all paperwork resubmitted. (Claim is about $300. N deductible is $500.) just received another request for additional paperwork. If I having such issues with a small claim a larger claim has a stronger potential to follow suit. I paid more in premiums than my vet bill. Bye bye dodo

Protecting my Potato
Fetch has been with me since the day I adopted my French Bulldog in 2019. Basically a four-pound potato, my little pup stole my heart from the start and I was sure to insure him shortly after I took him home. We’ve been through unexpected dental surgeries, poison ingestion, countless allergy visits, and emergency x-rays and Fetch has been with us through it all. Their claims process is simple, their coverage is unbeatable, and their reimbursement process is quick. We are so grateful for Fetch. They’re basically the best fairy godparents a Frenchie (and his mom) could ask for!

My sister passed away in Dec 2022 and I inherited her teacup chihuahua Joy who was insured by Fetch. When I called to inquire about her policy the rep I spoke with (Janelle) was extremely helpful. Her professionalism and empathy are commendable. More companies need customer service representatives like her. Thank you Fetch by Dodo and Janelle for your assistance!

When Fetch was Pet Plan
When Fetch was Pet Plan, we had a great experience but the company has changed. Premiums continue to skyrocket, despite three healthy cats, with no claims being filed. With our 4th cat, I was charged 2 deductibles for the same condition. I cancelled all 4 policies when I realized that it's cheaper for me to just pay out of pocket vet costs, since Fetch doesn't reimburse claims anyway. Save your money and stay away from this outfit.
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$250, $300 and $500
Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only.
Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.
Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
