not enough wellness coverage

you guys do seem to offer the most benefits out of all the companies, but such low coverage on the wellness plans kind of defeats the purpose of having insurance. I am paying 140$ a month, and only have like 50$ in wellness for each category for each pet.

Fetch made my life easier

I became a customer 9+ years ago. I enjoy the magazine and email containing helpful information. I submitted my first claim in June 2023. The process to file a claim online was clear and easy to follow. I received reimbursement within two weeks. I recommend fetch to all my pet parent friends.

Highly recommended

I have been using Fetch for over 5 years. They have always paid in a timely fashion. I have 4 cats that all have policies. It’s affordable, and you can pick your own plan. I have a 300.00 deductible and then they pay 80 percent. They cover a lot! It’s a huge help when you have 2 cats with bad teeth, one with IBD and one with arthritis, all in the same year. They paid 80 percent for all of their claims. Their customer service is great, they are super friendly. It’s easy to contact them. They notify me when they have sent my reimbursement to my account. I highly recommend them.

They are crooks

They are crooks! They will not cover required surgery for my Frenchies (their policy states they cover genetic issues in this breed) They claim it is "pre-existing" even though they were born this way, My vet even wrote them a letter explaining and they still denied my claim. Now I am stuck with over $4000 when I thought 80% would be covered. Cancelling ASAP. Please spread the word. Nobody deserves to be scammed. :(

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
