Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Literally collected thousands of dollars of dollars from me over the years and now won't even consider a claim 1. Because I submitted it too late (gee I might have been busy taking care of my ill pet) and 2. Because they can't find the records I submitted 12 years ago (when they had a different name) to prove that my dog was healthy when I signed her up when she was 18 months old (claim was for her death at age 13.5 years) Also can't get in touch with a real person.

I spoke with Lauren Morton today on February 8, 2024. I initially was calling in to cancel my insurance with Fetch due to a price increase, and was shopping around and looking at comparable options. However, after speaking to Lauren and speaking to her about Fetch's comprehensive plans and learning more about what the policies covered, I realized that I was never utilizing the insurance I already had to its fullest benefit. With Lauren's help, I was able to add additional coverage, while also trying to reduce cost and add another new pet family member. Lauren's compassion toward animals shined through on the phone and I appreciated her patience with me as I asked a multitude of questions. Fetch is lucky to have a team member like Lauren on their team. She has the best interpersonal skills and is quick on her feet. Thank you Lauren for helping me sign up for pet insurance!

Today I have Peace of Mind. I have been putting off getting insurance for my lil' Sophia (woof). I am so happy I received coverage today. A friend of mine on FB mentioned that AARP recommends Fetch Pet Insurance, and I can get a discount too! I dotted my i's and crossed my t's and researched many pet insurance companies. I am so grateful with all the coverage that Fetch Pet has to offer for my fur baby!! I had such a pleasant experience with Josh (the representative), he was very inciteful, and was able to answer ALL of my various questions throughout the day (and I had a lot of questions). I appreciate his knowledge, kindness and helpfulness... whether it was via the many phone calls or emails, I am so appreciative.
