I had a little bit of trouble getting my claim approved for over four weeks. I reached out to Customer Service to cancel my policy, when I talked to a lovely person named Anne. She saved my business, as she reached out to all my vets to get the records to submit. She continued to try endlessly with contacting these clinics and she prevailed. My claims were approved and I'll continue to use Fetch now. Their customer service skills go above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend.
