What is this company doing well? For me, it is being honest and true to your business words and business commitments. With your pet insurance, I never worry about your company's rep saying, "Well, did you read section 500, of 1100 sections, and then did you read the fine print in sub-section b of section 500 of your contract." I am happy that I have found a pet insurance company that is honest with its customers during advertisement, contract, and service!!! Also, the phone reps or phone staff are polite and people friendly!

Easy to upload health information as well as claims. They keep you updated on the status of your claims without my needing to do anything.

Good service, they processed my last claim in 48 hours and got my money back 👍👍

Amanda Mello was such an amazing representative, and she was extremely helpful and informative. Her professionalism and her ability to reassure me was very refreshing and giving her expertise on the matter of being insured has helped me feel good about the options I may choose from. Well, she has all the qualities and more that a representative should have one working with customer and she definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that you are Confident in making your decision and is open to sharing how things work if you don’t know how insurance works with pets. It's been much better now I understand how to submit the claims. Instructions weren't clear for me or my vet .
