Excellent Service and Stress-Free Experience!

The insurance all pet owners need.

Oo god we switched from another provider that we only submitted one claim. We only submitted one claim that was not considered "pre-existing" and was a similar situation but a minor injury our dog occurred to his paw during a walk. It was addressed during normal op hours and minor charges and the previous company fought us to the very end, especially when their rep's advised it was covered. We left them because of this. We never expect to receive money back and really don't plan on using it but have it as a back up just encase it's needed. And my god i wasn't challenge or asked questions or to give a statement just supply documents and will reach out if necessary. Uploading was easy compared to the previous ones where it would time out or not upload correctly.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
