My experience was a bit difficult using…

My experience was a bit difficult using their online name change registration because the app doesn’t recognize symbols characters, which was inputting different. You have only one chance to do a name change! So, it was a bit stressful when you see the name on screen being from outer space! Lol BUT, it got ALL STRAIGHTENED OUT & THEY FIXED MY Typos ERROR ASAP! Thank you for your quick response! I am new to Fetch Insurance, so it’s a thumbs up start for me! Thank you

After his yearly physical in April

After his yearly physical in April, my dog was scheduled for a teeth cleaning in May, possible extractions, and the estimated cost was from $900-$3200, depending on the work done on the day. I was concerned, this is a lot of money for me. I called Fetch who connected me to a real person, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I uploaded all the pertinent documents regarding this procedure. They came back super quickly confirming coverage - less my $500 deductible. Luckily he didn't have extractions however the invoice was still around $1,100. Fetch processed and reimbursed me a few days after I submitted the invoice.

Amanda answered my call and spoke with…

Amanda answered my call and spoke with me for almost 45 minutes about my policy. I have never had pet insurance before and did not know anything about it, and she was very transparent and helped me through everything. She answered all of my questions with more detail than I was looking for, and helped me to understand everything clearly. I was nervous about being told to simply buy the most expensive plan possible, but she explained what would work best for me based on what I need and am looking for with my new puppy Mac. I now can say I feel fully confident in my decision to go with Fetch, and I know if I need anything Amanda will be able to help!

So Helpful Every step of the way

I have always had positive experiences working with fetch. They have been reliable and helpful every time Penny has had a medical concern. Megan was extremely helpful today over the phone answering my questions about my claims and putting my mind at ease. Thankful for fetch in helping with financial and emotions worries due to my Penny.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
