Excellent Customer Service Person
I was finally able to speak to a live person regarding my concerns. Your person was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me, answer my questions & explain the reasons why the claim processing process was very cumbersome & frustrating. Your person looked at all of my claim documents, went over every detail & ensured I had everything required to now process my claim. I had additional concerns regarding the very large increase in premium costs on my other dog’s policy renewal quote, almost a $2,000. Increase. I do not understand how Fetch expects to keep customers? Several alternatives options were explored to try & reduce my renewal cost. Unfortunately it was not something the agent could change for me.
