I tried to get pharmacy information &…

I tried to get pharmacy information & was stuck in an endless loop which didn't progress. I also tried to add direct deposit information & that didn't progress either. This is the first time I have used Fetch & I REALLY hope this isn't an indication of how they work.

Amanda Mello is FANTASTIC!

Amanda Mello was amazing, she's friendly, informative, and patient. Ive never had pet insurance before, and she was able to answer every question i had, clarified terms i didn't understand, and went above and beyond in finding the absolute best coverage for our 2 cats and 2 dogs. Simple, Fast Process

Simple, fast process. My dog needed surgery. I uploaded the paid receipt and filled out a claim right from my phone on the Fetch app. Within a few days the claim was approved and the reimbursement was deposited in my account. Highly recommend.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
