Signing up for insurance was relatively easy. I already have an account with coverage for one dog, who's paid til November 2025. I tried to add another pet through the website and it included a quote for my existing coverage that's already paid and tried to bill me twice for that dog, plus the new dog. So I had to call to manage the transaction. The phone call was easy enough but shouldn't be necessary for an existing customer.
