Was as expected
The claim was easy and painless to do. Simply submit the claim and wait for the claim to be processed. Money was repaid quickly. Was notified of what was going on at every step.

Yay, YOU finally paid a big bill !!
My experience is a 5 star because you actually reimbursed me for this knee surgery even though you didn't for my other dog's knee surgery 10 months ago; yes both dogs are covered. Your reasoning for not paying was absurd but hey, at least you paid up this time! So far, you're at 50% but THIS experience was, again, 5 star simply because you paid up
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only.
Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.
Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
