I appreciated my sales person
I appreciated my sales person, Josh, who was very polite and professional while explaining Fetch benefits.
July 23, 2025
I received my puppy from PuppySpot on July 23. I was dismayed to learn the puppy had a bilateral inguinal hernia that was indicated on the health history from PuppySpot, so they knew they sold a puppy with a birth defect. When I called Fetch Pet Insurance to inform them of this on the day I received her, I asked if this will be considered a pre-existing condition and if it will be covered. I was told, "We can neither confirm or deny if it's pre-existing." I have to submit a claim with the soap notes from the vet, which I have done, and they will make a determination. This usually takes two weeks, so I have to wait until my claim is reviewed to get my question answered.
