My puppy had bad diarrhea and vomiting on labour day weekend. Poor thing suffered badly. We went to see vet and gave him X-ray, blood work and prescription drugs. Thank goddess it wasn’t internal bleeding but a digestive problem. Total expense was close to 1500. Then I filed a claim with Fetch.
Immediately after reporting online, there was an email sent out to confirm that case is open and a case manager will be assigned. It also shows what will happen next and estimated timeline which makes me feel secured, confident and comfortable with claim handling.
4 days later I got an email saying case is being reviewed. 3 more days another e-mail came with approval. All entitled benefits are paid out and deposited to my account. Super quick!

I was a bit doubtful at first, because most insurance companies find any reason or excuse not to pay out for claims (I've heard from other people), so when it just happened that our cat got very sick and racked up a huge vet bill, I wasn't sure if Fetch will be there for us. But they were! Our kitty had gone through a URI, then a lung infection, then got diagnosed with Congestive heart failure and more heart problems. It was a very hard time for us... However, everything was covered according to the policy and no major issues. My only complaint is that I really had to track down historical documentation, although Fetch had all the information of my vets (location, numbers etc.) visits and they said they would fax or call for my cat's records, but it didn't really happen. I was hoping for a bit more customer service from that aspect, and it caused a bit of delays in my claims process, but once my records were sent they processed the payouts pretty fast! Thanks
