Fetch's service had really gone down
Fetch's service had really gone down. They lacked flexibility and each representative regurgitates policy like a robot. I submitted my claim 2 days away from their required 90 dates policy and they refused to reimburse the vet cost, when it clearly qualified.
They raised my premiums every year even when they advertised no birthday increase. My rate went from $460 to now $675 a year. It's not worth it.
