A BIG SCAM
Submitted claim more than a month ago and Fetch has not reimbursed a single penny!
It’s been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with an insurance company.
15 days is what they claim as the waiting period to receive reimbursements.
After numerous emails, I received one a few days ago, informing me that I don’t have the required documents to process payment.
Which means I’ll have to wait another 15 days from the day I re-submitted the ‘missing’ documents, plus the month lost!
This feels like a big scam causing me so much anxiety and frustration.
My son, who owns the sister of my puppy, submitted the exact same documents as I did and was reimbursed a couple of weeks ago!
So I’ve had to contact my vet asking for SOAP, which the vet clinics do not provide to owners, to forward it to FETCH.
They’ve sent me several emails informing me that my claim was under review (after I put in the first claim).
So why wasn’t I informed earlier about this so-called missing SOAP document?
It boggles my mind as to why my son was not required to provide this information.
If I could give zero stars I would.
It feels like they randomly pick certain clients to delay or deny payment as part of their operation.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PET INSURANCE!!
