I honestly can’t say enough good things about Embrace. Dealing with vet visits can be so overwhelming, but every single person I’ve spoken to at Embrace has been an absolute gem—so kind, genuinely empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell they aren’t just reading from a script; they actually care about you and your pet. What really blew me away is how much stress they take off my plate with their mobile app. I used to dread the idea of insurance paperwork, but the app makes the claim process so fast and easy. I just snap a photo, upload it, and the team handles the rest. It’s such a relief to have a company that combines a true human touch with technology that actually works. It is also such a comfort knowing that the financial side of my pet's care is one less thing to worry about.

Excellent customer service and while the premiums do increase yearly, it’s just the cost of business. I love the ease of submitting claims and as a 10+ year customer I’ve seen their intentional efforts to implement innovative processes and resources to meet the needs of its customers.
