Loyal and happy customer 4 years

I started Embrace on both my whippets 3 1/2 years ago when I got my younger whippet. She was 7 months. My older whippet was 7 yo. Even though he was older I felt the monthly premium was reasonable for both whippets. I am so glad I have them both on this insurance!! I’ve had some very serious incidents with both whippets and Embrace was there with fabulous coverage of the bills. It was easy to submit the claims via the app and they paid quickly. I would never have been able to afford the fees without insurance. Embrace also supports working dogs (police) and performance dogs which I feel is a big reason to support this company. THANK YOU EMBRACE!!!

Refunds were very prompt and easy to do. I appreciated that taking care of my cats meant not spending a lot of money. Should I get another cat(s), I will consider using your services again. Prompt refund when I let you know my cats passed.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
