Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I do not usually write reviews, but this time I believe Embrace deserves the recognition. I have been a user with all of my three dogs (now two). When I notified Embrace about the passing of my little baby, they were so supportive and helpful with all the final claims and adjustments. A few days later, I received a condolence card signed which I never expected to receive. I am very happy and glad to have chosen Embrace to be in my corner for my pets. Everyone I have talked to has been incredibly helpful and I cannot express my gratitude to this company and employees for being supportive in the moment I needed the most.

Submitting claims is easy and fast on the Embrace website. We have a "frequent flyer" - a pet with multiple health issues, and several providers. Thank you for making it easy to get reimbursed!

I have had Embrace pet insurance for my dog since 2014. There were many of those years I did not need to file any claims but the last couple of years I have had many claims filed. The company is very professional and fare. I never had to question their decision as to if it was covered. They covered everything that was in my policy quickly. I highly recommend Embrace.
