Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace pet insurance makes it easy. I don’t have anything other plan compare it to, however you you submit a claim, the process is very easy. If you live your pet as much as I live mine, and you don’t have Embrace, I would highly recommend them. They are nationally known as one of the best for pet insurance.

The company cancelled our pet's policy before processing all the outstanding receipts and we are left with a big bill that was pre-approved for coverage. We have contacted customer support a number of times, and while they are very helpful on the phone, the issue is still not resolved and it seems like a big run-around to avoid paying a legitimate claim.

Disappointing Post-Sales Experience My experience with their post-sales service has been incredibly frustrating. Despite making numerous calls and sending recurring emails to their customer service team, my claims remain unprocessed. Each time I contact them, only some issues are addressed, and I'm still waiting for resolution on several claims since September 2nd. Today is 15th of Nov and solely 1 claim out of 10+ is finalized. It seems like there might be an internal tactic to delay payments, as this isn't the first time I've encountered such issues. Additionally, their prices have been escalating significantly each year, which only adds to my dissatisfaction.

By far the best pet insurance you can get. It can be difficult sometimes when establishing your vet with your insurance but it is SO WORTH IT. The reps are always kind and quick to help when I call with a question.
