Insured my girl as a puppy

Insured my girl as a puppy, assuring no rate change based on age. 8 years later, fortunately healthy. No accidents, major illness. No claims submitted last year. Just DOUBLED her rate— agent told me age a factor. Nasty, deceptive people.

They get one star as that’s as los as…

They get one star as that’s as los as the scale goes. File a claim for my dog for an ear infection. Nothing happened “waiting for complete medical records. If he had another at infection it could be some remote disease they wouldn’t cover”. A diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian who need that we have an intake clown with a computer that will diagnose without ever seeing the dog. Don’t waste your money some clown with a computer will decide coverage not an actual diagnosis from a real veterinary doctor. They make United healthcare care see caring. Their reply contradicts what their employees tell you. They decide not a vetinarian . Their reply is standard corporate crap they want you to believe. They claim to treat you like family. They just don’t tell you it is a toxic disfunctional family.

avoid embrace

I have had embrace for a few years now for my cat. i got additional coverage in the event that she needed dental work done because the basic coverage didn't include dental work. My cat recently had her cleaning done which cost approximately 900 dollars. I called embrace and spoke with Tyler and was told I was denied reimbursement because she(my cat) had developed tarter and that was considered a pre-existing condition that would not allow for reimbursement. I was then told that my cat would be covered for future cleanings because the tarter would be covered going forward since i had a dental cleaning done. My issue is as follows. 1) what 12 year old cat doesnt have tarter and plaque build up 2)what good is coverage for future cleaning. my cat isnt going in for cleanings twice a year.
